How reviews are verified: only members who have exchanged messages with the breeder through Animoo's messaging can leave one, one per member, for an adoption or visit less than 12 months ago. Reviews are neither bought nor filtered: a negative review stays published; only false or abusive reviews, or reviews containing personal data, are hidden after being reported.
