Protected elements

• the source code (server, Android and web app, scripts, database and its structure);
• the design, layout, templates, style sheets, icons and the Animoo logo;
• editorial texts, breed sheets, legislation guides and documentation;
• the name and brand “Animoo”.

The source code is kept in a private GitHub repository (gfpl001/Animoo) whose dated history establishes the prior creation. It is not released under any open-source licence: no right to use, copy, modify or redistribute it is granted.

Prohibitions

Any reproduction, adaptation, translation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, of the site, its code, design or content without the prior written consent of Giuseppe Federico is prohibited and constitutes infringement (Belgian Code of Economic Law, book XI; Directive 2009/24/EC; Berne Convention).
