How reviews are verified: only members who have exchanged messages with the professional through Animoo's messaging can leave one, one per member, for a service less than 12 months ago. Reviews are neither bought nor filtered: a negative review stays published; only false or abusive reviews, or reviews containing personal data, are hidden after being reported.
